Job summary

Richard AG seeks a qualified engineer for high- voltage testing, automation, and test-system integration. You will perform high-voltage, heat-up, functional, and type tests independently, support verification and validation with R&D teams, and help ensure safe, reproducible operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, hands-on experience with wiring and commissioning technical systems, and strong communication in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Independent performance of high-voltage, heat-up, functional, and type tests.
• Support development and design teams in verification and validation.
• Ensure stable, safe, and reproducible test operations.
• Assemble, wire, and optimize electrical control systems for test benches.
• Configure and program PLCs for test systems.
• Prepare test plans, test reports, work instructions, and standard procedures.
• Participate in the planning and prioritization of test capacities.
