Qualifikationen

• Technical education in Electrical or Automation Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical and automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens SIMATIC S7 PLCs, TIA Portal, industrial drives, and fieldbus systems.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical and automation systems, including LV and MV equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Siemens SIMATIC S7 PLCs, TIA Portal, servo drives, motors, relays, frequency converters, and distributed I/O systems.
• Read, analyze, and troubleshoot Siemens PLC programs written in LAD, FBD, STL (AWL), and SCL.
• Install, commission, and maintain PROFINET and PROFIBUS networks.
• Perform cable installation, termination, EMC checks, shielding continuity, grounding verification, and communication diagnostics.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and conduct root-cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Resolve electrical, automation, drive, and network issues to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with suppliers on software/hardware improvement projects and continuous optimization.
