INNIO Group in Jenbach, Austria, is seeking a Technical Documentation Lead to develop, manage, and optimize templates and tools for electrical engineering. You will drive content creation and maintain modular documentation using SCHEMA ST4, coordinating translations and aligning with ERP/PLM environments.

The role requires strong German and English communication, collaboration across departments, and a proactive approach to process design and content reuse in a global context.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or HTL with relevant experience.
• Several years of experience in technical writing, content management, or systems engineering.
• Expert knowledge of component content management structures, ideally with SCHEMA ST4 experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German; able to influence stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Aufgaben

• Document responsibility for strategic direction, quality, and development of technical documentation.
• Standardize editorial processes, publication pipelines, and guidelines.
• Oversee content creation, updating, and modular structure in SCHEMA ST4.
• Manage metadata, taxonomies, and reusable content strategies.
• Coordinate translation of technical docs with external providers.
• Support QA processes for internal and external content creation.
• Contribute to ERP (Oracle/Tacton), EPLAN P8, Automation Studio and Windchill system environments.
