Zusammenfassung

INNIO is seeking a Lead Development Engineer (m/f/d) to lead and drive technical projects for the after sales market. Focus areas include CM&U projects, overhaul products, and workshop support across Jenbacher platforms.

You will manage timelines, coordinate with Technology, Sourcing and Validation teams, and ensure successful releases from development to serial production. Travel willingness and fluent German/English are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or master's degree in engineering or HTL or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or technical service.
• Proven ability to deliver results while managing multiple projects.
• High personal integrity and credibility with engineering teams and senior management.
• Ability to bring people together to deliver customer solutions.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills and getting things done.

Aufgaben

• Lead and drive Service Product Development projects from kick-off to serial release with internal and external stakeholders.
• Focus areas include CM&U projects, overhaul products, or workshop support for Jenbacher platforms.
• Proactively manage the project deck including timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Sourcing, Validation Team, Service Regions.
• Organize, prepare and document testing activities on development engines, rig facilities, or in the field.
• Maintain open communication with internal departments and suppliers for efficient execution.
• Support definition and execution of projects using project management techniques.
• Work self-dependent and organized on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Support innovation by assessing market trends and generating ideas for continuous improvement.

As a Lead Development Engineer (m/f/d) you are responsbile to lead & drive technical projects in collaboration with other departments by designing, validating & releasing service products for the after sales market. Focus area will be CM&U projects (=Cconversion, Modification and Upgrades), overhaul products (remanufacturing or repair) or workshop support for layout & equipment for all Jenbacher platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead & drive Service Product Development projects proposed and priorotized by the Service Product Line Management from kick-off to validation & serial release including coordination with all internal and external stakeholders
• Focus areas are CM&U projects (=Conversion, Modification and Upgrades), overhaul products (remanufacturing or repair) or workshop support for layout & equipment for all Jenbacher platforms
• Proactively manage the project deck including timelines, milestones and report out to the management
• Collaborate with cross functional teams like Technology, Sourcing, Validation Team, Service Regions
• Organization, preparation & documentation of testing activities on either development engines, rig test facilities or in field
• Continuously communicate with both the internal departments and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution
• Support the definition & execution of projects using project management techniques
• Work self-dependent & self-organized on multiple projects simultaneously
• Support innovation by assessment of current market trends. Create and evaluate ideas for continuous improvement

Your Profile:

• Bachelor/ master's degree in engineering, higher technical college (e.g., HTL) or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering or technical service area
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously
• High personal integrity and credibility with engineering teams and senior management
• Ability to bring people together seeking the best customer solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
