Qualifikationen

• Completed technical training or comparable qualification.
• Experience in technical documentation, document, process or information management.
• Knowledge of DMS, CCMS, PIM, SAP or PLM.
• Excellent German and English language skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office.
• Analytical, structured and independent work style.
• Understanding of technical data, processes and information management.
• Interest in process optimization and structured document organization.
• Team-oriented and willing to further develop existing processes.

Aufgaben

• Analysis and further development of existing processes in technical documentation.
• Collaboration on the development of a scalable, system-supported documentation environment.
• Definition of requirements for the DMS, content management system/CCMS, approval workflows, metadata and document ID logic.
• Structuring document management for data sheets, user manuals, safety instructions, labels and specialized technical documents.
• Standardizing document types, templates, reusable content and approval processes.
• Providing operational support for technical documents with a focus on process and system improvement.
