Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group invites hospitality professionals to join a Dual Property Experience, spanning Rosewood Munich and Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. The program accelerates growth in either Food & Beverage or Culinary, with hands-on rotations across two iconic destinations.

You will rotate between properties, sharpen your skills in luxury service, and expand your professional network while embracing two diverse work environments in the heart of Europe.

Qualifications

• You are a talented Waiter/Waitress (Chef de Rang) or Demi/Chef de Partie looking to take the next step in your career.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• You are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and take pride in your craft.
• You are eager to learn, develop your skills, and gain experience in two distinctive luxury hospitality environments.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• You are open to living and working in both Munich and Schloss Fuschl as part of your development journey.
• You hold a valid work authorization for the European Union.
• You communicate confidently in German or English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between two Rosewood properties to broaden operational expertise.
• Build a strong network across both hotels and develop a deeper understanding of luxury hospitality.
• Gain hands-on experience in Food & Beverage or Culinary within a dual-destination program.
