Eupro AG seeks a Head of Downstream Processing (DSP) Manufacturing Operations for a 6-month on-site assignment in Valais. The role leads a multidisciplinary team and drives GMP compliance, process improvements, and manufacturing campaigns.

The incumbent will oversee KPI tracking, resource planning, and training to ensure operational readiness and delivery performance, with cross-functional collaboration across MSAT, QA, and Supply Chain.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or equivalent degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Fluency in English and German.
• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Strong GMP-regulated operations and operational excellence experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in manufacturing.
• Experience managing KPIs, production performance, and continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary manufacturing team.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient DSP operations.
• Drive operational excellence via KPI management and process optimization.
• Manage manufacturing performance, resources, and capacity.
• Develop and implement training to ensure readiness and performance.
• Collaborate with MSAT, QA, USP Ops, Production Support, and Supply Chain.
• Represent manufacturing during customer visits, audits, and inspections.
• Provide technical and quality oversight via change controls and GMP docs.
• Contribute to site-wide manufacturing leadership initiatives.
• Support facility expansion and capital investment projects.
• Act as Deputy Head of Operations when required.
