pixelart is looking for a Digital Project & Operations Manager to guide day-to-day digital projects in Salzburg or Vienna. You will coordinate timings, resources and budgets, and connect clients with design and production teams while driving AI-driven productions from concept to implementation.

With 3+ years in a digital environment, you bring process discipline, strong communication and the ability to manage complex projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in the digital environment, ideally agency or project management.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with eye for detail.
• Strong communication between teams, customers and clients.
• Experience in resource and time management for complex projects.
• Understanding of creative and design processes (design, motion, content).
• Proficient with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Miro).
• Basic technical understanding of digital platforms, file structures and production processes.
• Customer focus with prioritisation, quality and timing.
• Willingness to take responsibility and support colleagues.
• Combination of organizational talent, analytical strength and assertiveness; open to AI workflows.

Responsabilités

• Handle projects in digital branding, UI/UX design, content creation & AI-driven production, and motion content & 3D animation.
• Coordinate with digital project managers across teams; connect strategy, design and implementation.
• Plan and organise operational tasks and resources within the creation team.
• Coordinate internal processes like resource planning, time management and production organisation.
• Ensure quality standards and prepare documents for internal/external presentations.
• Take responsibility for project schedules, controls and budget overview.
• Organise external production partners from quotes to implementation.
• Prepare quotes, budgets and presentations for client meetings, reviews and pitches.
