Job summary

Innerspace GmbH in Innsbruck, Austria, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, maintain and improve our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines and security frameworks. The role emphasizes automation, reliability and scalable software delivery across environments, using a modern stack including React, TypeScript, .NET, Unity/C#, Python, and cloud services.

Qualifications

Strong experience building and automating AWS cloud infrastructure with Terraform/Terragrunt.
Hands-on Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Helm, and containerized deployments.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, TeamCity) and automation.
Solid AWS security knowledge including IAM and security services.
Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting using Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure and Cloud Management: Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure across all environments.
Design, deploy, maintain and improve EKS/Kubernetes platforms including cluster lifecycle.
IaC with Terraform/Terragrunt; maintain runbooks and disaster recovery procedures.
Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and TeamCity for reliable delivery.
Collaborate with development teams to improve pipeline efficiency and resolve issues.
Implement security best practices across infrastructure and applications.
Monitor, alert and observe with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch; ensure reliability.
Ensure backup, DR, and continuity measures; support security and compliance.
Collaborate across teams to align solutions and communicate risks and progress.
