Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH in Vienna is seeking a senior DevOps/SRE specialist to secure and operate a multi-tenant AI platform on on-premise GPU/HPC infrastructure. You will own cloud-native security, implement CI/CD pipelines with GitOps, and lead vulnerability management and incident response across ISO 27010, GDPR, and NIS2.

The role requires 5–7 years in DevOps/SRE with security focus, strong Kubernetes and IAM skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7 years of industry experience in DevOps/SRE or infrastructure engineering, incl. 2+ years in security.
• Deep hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production with IAM and multi-tenancy.
• Strong experience with identity management, secrets, and PKI.
• Proficiency with IaC and GitOps (Terraform, Argo CD); scripting in Python/Bash/Go.
• Solid Linux hardening and container security understanding.
• Experience in observability and network security.

• Build and operate secure CI/CD and GitOps pipelines with security baked in.
• Lead vulnerability management, security monitoring, and incident response.
