Securitas Sicherheitsdienstleistungen GmbH is seeking an Administrative Officer to support three datacenters in Vienna and Schwechat. You will assist the Security Team Manager and oversee daily security operations for a global client, ensuring compliance, training, and system upkeep.

The role requires an associate degree with 4+ years in security or management, fluency in English and German, and willingness to travel. A company car, parking, and modern office facilities are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree and 4+ years in security or business management.
• Excellent English and very good German; driver license B.
• Willingness to travel abroad; data center environment experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Serve as principal assistant to the Security Team Manager.
• Train and certify security personnel; maintain training docs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and SOPs.
• Act as Screener, Screening Supervisor, Responder or Control Room Supervisor.
• Maintain and troubleshoot on-site security technology.
• Assist with scheduling, inspections, and audit compliance.
• Prepare and submit confidential information to client management.
• Identify security shortfalls and suggest improvements.
