Securitas Austria in Vienna and Schwechat seeks a Campus Security Manager to lead security teams across at least three datacenters. You will supervise site managers, train staff, and ensure compliance with policies and audits while partnering with client and regional teams.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in security industry and management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Security Management or related field.
• Willingness to travel abroad.

Aufgaben

• Lead physical security operations at minimum 3 facilities; supervise staff.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop site personnel with local branch support.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and audits are successful.
• Plan and manage security projects; report on performance metrics.
• Foster client relationships and coordinate with security leadership.
