Securitas is seeking a Campus Security Manager for at least 3 datacenters in Vienna & Schwechat. You will lead a team of site security personnel and partner with Security and Datacenter Operations to ensure physical security and audit readiness.

The role emphasizes developing staff, delivering security services, and maintaining strong client relationships. Candidates should have 4+ years in security management, English and German language skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum education: high school diploma and at least 4 years in security and management.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• Excellent written and spoken English; very good German.
• Experience in datacenter security is a plus.
• Driver's license B.
• MS Office skills.
• No criminal record.

Aufgaben

• Manage on-site security personnel at a minimum of 3 facilities.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop site staff.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and audits.
• Plan and manage security projects and timely completion.
• Evaluate security operations and recommend improvements.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct account reviews.
• Meet KPI targets with the regional security manager.
• Travel between sites to lead teams and coach.
• Maintain safety and zero workplace injuries.
