CLC Consulting seeks a Data Engineer (w/m/d) to build the data infrastructure powering advanced analytics in Vienna. The role is fully onsite and focuses on reliable data systems, large datasets, and autonomous problem solving.

You will design and maintain data pipelines, Python-based data applications, and APIs, working with SQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL. Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Apache Airflow is a plus, enabling ownership of end-to-end solutions.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong programming skills in SQL and Python in a data engineering context.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and data applications.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL/PostgreSQL) and experience with NoSQL databases.
• Experience creating and delivering APIs is a big plus.
• Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Experience with tools like Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration frameworks is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to independently solve complex technical problems.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a highly autonomous environment.
• Build and maintain the data infrastructure supporting the business.
• Develop, test, and optimize Python-based data applications, frameworks, and services.
• Design reliable pipelines to collect, process, store, and distribute large datasets.
• Improve data platforms, libraries, and internal frameworks to increase team efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility across the organization.
• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and production support.
• Take ownership of solutions from idea to implementation.
