Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong programming skills in SQL and Python in a data engineering context.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and data applications.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL/PostgreSQL) and experience with NoSQL databases.
• Experience creating and delivering APIs is a big plus.
• Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Experience with tools like Apache Airflow or similar workflow orchestration frameworks is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to independently solve complex technical problems.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a highly autonomous environment.

• Build and maintain the data infrastructure supporting the business.
• Develop, test, and optimize Python-based data applications, frameworks, and services.
• Design reliable pipelines to collect, process, store, and distribute large datasets.
• Improve data platforms, libraries, and internal frameworks to increase team efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility across the organization.
• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and production support.
• Take ownership of solutions from idea to implementation.
