Job summary

Siemens Energy, a global leader in energy technology, is seeking an expert for Data Center Cluster offer engineering and technical governance. You will own functional specifications, architectures, transformer footprints and critical design requirements, while aligning with Sales, Procurement and factory leadership across international locations.

The role emphasises standardisation, scalable solutions, and collaboration with PC2+ factories to optimise capacity and ensure robust, competitive data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Extensive experience in transformer engineering, technical offer management, engineering design or technical sales.
• Strong knowledge of power transformer design and standards.
• Experience in developing technical bids and translating customer requirements.
• Familiarity with data centre power infrastructure is a plus.
• Experience coordinating across multiple manufacturing locations.
• PM/IPMA certification would be advantageous.
• Fluent in English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Offer Engineering for Data Center Cluster solutions.
• Drive standardisation across transformer solutions.
• Provide Technical Governance during pre-bid and bidding phases.
• Co-ordinate with global factory network for capacity and feasibility.
• Resolve complex technical challenges and deviations while maintaining design integrity.
• Enhance transparency of factory capabilities and production requirements.
• Support Sales with translating customer needs into viable solutions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and Quality for alignment.
