• Degree in engineering or similar
• Proven leadership experience at plant level or equivalent
• Experience in an Engineering-to-Order business and complex operations
• Strong Lean/Six Sigma background and practical application

Aufgaben

• Lead Power Transformers operations in Linz (Order Management, Manufacturing, Testing, Logistics, Quality)
• Provide indirect leadership across key local cluster functions
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Drive international collaboration with Dresden and Trento
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and quality methodologies
• Implement cross-factory processes and share best practices
• Deliver process and cost efficiency improvements (LEAN)
• Lead transformation initiatives including digital transformation and automation
• Serve as legally responsible Managing Director for EHS
• Foster high-performance culture with collaboration and customer focus
