NVISO Security, a premier European cyber security firm, seeks a Technical Lead Manager in Austria to steer technical leadership across CEN, align capabilities, and guide multi‑domain architecture. You will work with delivery and solution leads to ensure high‑quality, scalable security solutions and act as a trusted advisor on complex customer engagements.

You will coach technical leads, drive standardization, and help translate long‑term strategy into actionable initiatives, while staying ahead

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cyber security or related domain.
• Strong experience in technical leadership, architecture, or senior consulting in complex customer environments.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership across CEN, ensuring consistency and alignment of capabilities.
• Lead architectural direction and influence across silos, products, and expert domains.
• Coach technical leads and drive standardization, service maturity and scalable delivery patterns.
• Engage in strategic customer engagements as a senior trusted advisor.
• Contribute to roadmaps, scoping, pre-sales and project architecture for strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration across domains.
