Zusammenfassung

SKAN is seeking a Customer & Operations Specialist Bioindicators to join the laboratory team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering technical advice on bioindicators and coordinating onboarding, documentation, and inquiries.

You will also help optimize order management, production planning, and digital customer services within a cross-functional environment. This role emphasizes structured workflows, responsibility, and ongoing process improvement, with collaboration

Qualifikationen

• Completed scientific education at the tertiary level with at least two years of professional experience, or solid professional experience working with isolator technologies.
• Business administration training or demonstrable practical experience in process management, operations, or customer excellence.
• Experience in customer operations, order management, and/or customer success.
• Excellent German and English language skills. French is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• First point of contact for customers regarding the SKANLAB product portfolio.
• Provide technical advice on biological indicators and the services offered.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, including all required documentation.
• Handle technical customer inquiries and complaints.
• Support the continuous improvement of the customer experience based on customer feedback.
• Process and coordinate customer orders.
• Coordinate with Production and QC regarding production planning and product releases.
• Plan batch allocation for customer orders.
• Ensure efficient workflows throughout the order-to-delivery process.
• Optimize and modernize planning and ordering processes.
• Establish a knowledge base and further develop digital customer services.
• Participate in cross-functional optimization and change projects.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends.
• Establish a key account management function.
• Provide technical support to international sales partners.
• Support customer acquisition to further expand market penetration.
