Uneek Global is seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join a major hyperscale Data Centre project in Austria. This senior site-based role focuses on coordinating and delivering civil and structural work packages on site, in collaboration with the project team to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

You will drive scheduling, manage subcontractors, oversee QA, and report progress while controlling costs and risks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ CSA/construction industry experience.
• Strong background managing civil/structural packages on large projects.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects.
• Strong scheduling, programming and sequencing skills.

A leading European Data Centre delivery specialist is seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join a major hyperscale Data Centre project in Austria.

This is a senior site-based role with responsibility for the coordination and delivery of all Civil and Structural (CSA) work packages. You will work closely with the Project Manager, planners, design teams, subcontractors, and commercial teams to ensure the CSA scope is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

As CSA Package Manager, you will take ownership of the civil and structural packages on site, managing day-to-day operations while driving strong performance across safety, quality, programme, and commercial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all civil and structural work packages
• Oversee site QA activities in conjunction with the project team
• Manage the project schedule in collaboration with the Planner, Project Managers, subcontractors, and consulting engineers / architects
• Control day-to-day site operations and ensure works progress in line with programme
• Manage subcontractor activities, including progress tracking, manpower levels, and weekly coordination meetings
• Ensure all subcontractor documentation, including safety documentation, is maintained and up to date
• Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, and handovers
• Liaise with design teams and project coordinators to ensure construction information is issued in line with programme requirements
• Identify and resolve design and development issues through structured problem-solving
• Prepare and issue regular reports to the project team
• Hold weekly commercial meetings to capture variations and manage cost impacts
• Review drawings and setting-out information
• Ensure builders’ work drawings for services are incorporated as required
• Manage, distribute, and close out all CSA snagging activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the CSA / construction industry
• Strong background managing civil and structural packages on large-scale projects
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects
• Strong capability in scheduling, programming, and sequencing works
• Ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining oversight of the wider project
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to technical detail
