Green Data Talent International invites a Project Manager with a strong High Voltage/Substation background to lead AIS/GIS substation projects from tendering through execution, commissioning and warranty. You will provide technical leadership, drive project delivery and assume commercial responsibility in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple HV/GIS/AIS projects from tender to project close-out.
• Act as key customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee delivery, commissioning, EHS, quality, schedule, and KPIs.
• Manage project revenue, cash flow, working capital, margins and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Contract Management, EHS and Sales.
• Support tendering, negotiations, cost optimization and delivery strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong High Voltage / Substation background looking for your next challenge in the energy sector?

This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex AIS & GIS substation projects from tendering through execution, commissioning, and warranty, combining technical leadership, project delivery, and commercial responsibility.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Lead multiple HV/GIS/AIS projects from tender to project close-out
• Act as the key customer contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee delivery, commissioning, EHS, quality, schedule, and performance
• Manage project revenue, cash flow, working capital, margins, and KPIs
• Work closely with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Contract Management, EHS, and Sales
• Support tendering, negotiations, cost optimization, and delivery strategy
• Drive continuous improvement and a strong safety culture

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Several years of experience in HV projects, substations, project management, site management, or commissioning
• Hands-on experience with High Voltage systems (ideally 33kV+)
• Experience with AIS and/or GIS substations
• Strong understanding of transmission, distribution, or industrial energy sectors
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with project financials and contracts
• Fluent German (C1/C2 preferred) and fluent English
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
