Zusammenfassung

Uneek Global is seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join a major hyperscale Data Centre project in Austria. This senior site-based role focuses on coordinating and delivering civil and structural work packages on site, in collaboration with the project team to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

You will drive scheduling, manage subcontractors, oversee QA, and report progress while controlling costs and risks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ CSA/construction industry experience.
• Strong background managing civil/structural packages on large projects.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects.
• Strong scheduling, programming and sequencing skills.
• Ability to lead teams with oversight of the wider project.
• Attention to technical detail and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate all civil and structural work packages.
• Oversee site QA activities with the project team.
• Coordinate project schedule with planners, subcontractors, and engineers.
• Control day-to-day site operations to align with programme.
• Manage subcontractor activities, progress, manpower, and weekly meetings.
• Maintain safety documentation and project records.
• Attend site meetings, reviews, and handovers.
• Liaise with design teams to issue construction information on time.
• Resolve design issues through structured problem-solving.
• Prepare and issue regular project reports.
• Hold weekly commercial meetings to capture variations and cost impacts.
• Review drawings and setting-out information; ensure services drawings are integrated.
• Close out CSA snagging activities and ensure documentation is current.
