Greentube GmbH is seeking a CRM Manager to shape and execute the CRM strategy for our casino platform in the Swiss market. You will focus on customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value, combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management across email, on-site, and push channels.

The role requires 2+ years in CRM, proficiency with marketing automation (Optimove is a plus), and a data-driven approach. English fluency is essential, with German/French/Italian as a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or comparable qualification.
• Experience in CRM, including customer journey creation, campaign analysis and audience targeting.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Optimove or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of CRM fundamentals, deliverability, segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Experience in project management and navigating complex dependencies.
• Strong data-driven decision making and prioritization.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve workflows.
• Fluent English; German/French/Italian an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute automated and ad-hoc CRM campaigns across email, on-site, and push notifications to increase CLV.
• Coordinate campaign requests with local partner and manage customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign process: content creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, QA, deployment, and performance analysis.
• Create campaign assets using AI tools or with Graphics team collaboration.
• Ensure campaigns comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align CRM activities with marketing strategy.
• Monitor delivery and performance, identify issues, and support reporting for stakeholders.
