Holzkern - Eine Marke der Time for Nature GmbH is seeking a Teamlead CRM to transform how we communicate with customers across lifecycle touchpoints. You will drive personal, relevant experiences with scalable automation and seamless integration of ESPs, Shopify, loyalty platforms, and WhatsApp, aiming to grow CLV and brand loyalty.

You will lead a CRM team, shape a long-term CRM vision, and work closely with Marketing, IT, Content, Product, and Support to deliver impact.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in CRM, email marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing; initial leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with an ESP (Netcore, Klaviyo, Emarsys, or similar) and deep knowledge of marketing automation logic.
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and scale CRM functions.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel/data skills for KPI analysis and forecasting.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive email revenue and CLV while considering margins.
• Excellent German and very good English; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the CRM toolbox: email, SMS, WhatsApp, letters, inserts, and the Premium Club.
• Develop a long-term CRM vision focused on automation, loyalty, and CLV.
• Lead the CRM team and evolve role profiles (CRM Specialist, Automation Manager).
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, IT, Content, Product, and Customer Support.
• Participate in roadmaps and strategy meetings to shape corporate development.
