Zusammenfassung

OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking a proactive professional to drive CRM development and improve related tools in Technical Support. You will gather requirements with process owners and IT, coordinate release testing, and develop automated tests to ensure data quality.

You will create documentation and training materials, develop Power BI reports, and monitor KPIs while contributing your process and IT expertise across projects. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with IT, business administration, process management.
• Experience creating BI reports, ideally with Power BI or similar.
• Interest in the intersection of processes, data and IT.

• Drive development and continuous improvement of CRM and other tools in Technical Support (CRM focus).
• Gather and structure requirements and translate to improvements with process owners and IT.
• Coordinate release testing, develop automated tests, ensure data quality.
• Create documentation and training materials for users.
