Zusammenfassung

Journi in Vienna, Austria is offering a 12‑month Customer Engagement & Retention Intern position in our Marketing department. The role is hybrid, with 24–38.5 hours per week and full‑time hours during Oct–Nov peak season. You will build lifecycle campaigns, QA them, and learn CRM strategy from experienced managers.

This internship is for students or recent graduates with an EU work permit, based in Vienna, and requires a proactive, detail‑driven mindset and a passion for digital marketing.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and spoken English at C2 level.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self‑organize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of segmentation logic or lifecycle marketing concepts.
• Passion for digital channel marketing and content personalization.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools.

Aufgaben

• Build, QA, and deploy CRM campaigns across email, push, and in‑app messaging.
• Set up templates, segment audiences, and check links/translations before launches.
• Set up A/B tests, performance reporting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with designers and influencer team on campaign assets.
• Support copywriting and translations for international campaigns.
• Monitor competitor CRM activity and generate ideas for campaigns.
