Zusammenfassung

Journi is inviting applications for a 12-month CRM internship in Vienna. You will help engage customers through lifecycle and sales campaigns, building and testing CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging.

You’ll work with experienced CRM managers, set up templates and segments, run A/B tests, and support copywriting and translations for international campaigns. Flexible hours (24–38.5 hours/week) with full-time hours during peak October–November, and visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and spoken English (C2).
• Strong attention to detail and structured working approach.
• Basic understanding of segmentation logic or lifecycle marketing concepts.
• Passion for digital channel marketing, content generation, and personalization in a B2C app environment.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools and presenting impact results.
• Proactive, curious mindset with eagerness to learn by doing.
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills.
• EU work permit for Austria and basis in Vienna or willingness to relocate.

Aufgaben

• Build, QA, and deploy CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging.
• Set up templates, segment audiences, and check links and translations before every launch.
• Set up A/B tests, performance reporting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with designers and Influencer Marketing to apply assets in campaigns.
• Support copywriting and translation efforts for international campaigns.
• Track competitor CRM activity and generate ideas for our own campaigns.
