Zusammenfassung

Coveris is seeking an experienced Commercial Excellence Manager (f/m/d) to drive Commercial Management across our Vienna operations and support the leadership team of our Business Unit Flexibles. The role emphasizes standardising processes, costing, pricing, margin management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Requirements include a university degree in business or process engineering, 3–5 years in manufacturing or advisory roles, strong business acumen and excellent English.

Qualifikationen

• University degree (or similar) in business or process engineering.
• 3–5 years work experience in manufacturing or advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of business and industrial processes.
• Excellent command of English.

Aufgaben

• Drive development of highly effective Commercial Management across operations.
• Harmonise and implement standard processes with focus on costing and pricing.
• Promote regular exchange between operations and sales for business development analysis.
• Provide simulations and scenario analysis to support major decisions.
• Support major customer tender processes across operations.
• Develop and implement inter‑company pricing policy.
