Zusammenfassung

Coveris is seeking an experienced Commercial Excellence Manager (f/m/d) to drive Commercial Management across our Vienna operations and support the leadership team of our Business Unit Flexibles. The role emphasizes standardising processes, costing, pricing, margin management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Requirements include a university degree in business or process engineering, 3–5 years in manufacturing or advisory roles, strong business acumen and excellent English.

• Drive development of highly effective Commercial Management across operations.

• Provide simulations and scenario analysis to support major decisions.
• Support major customer tender processes across operations.
• Develop and implement inter‑company pricing policy.

At present, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Excellence Manager (f/m/d) who drives Commercial Management across our sites and supports the leadership team of our Business Unit Flexibles.

What you can expect

• Drive the development of highly effective Commercial Management across operations in close collaboration with the Business Unit management and the local Commercial Managers and Managing Directors
• Clarify, harmonise and facilitate implementation of standard processes throughout the Business Unit with special focus on costing & pricing, cost adjustment models and pro‑active and re‑active margin management
• Promote regular exchange between operations and sales to drive business development analysis
• Support decision making for major business decisions by providing meaningful simulations and scenario analysis
• Support major customer tender processes across operations
• Support development and implementation of inter‑company pricing policy

What we expect

• University degree (or similar) in business or process engineering
• 3-5 years work experience with exposure to manufacturing / converting industries, e.g. in advisory or consultancy roles
• Strong comprehension skills of business & industrial processes, ability to simplify and focus on key business and profitability drivers
• Strong communication and convincing skills with excellent command of English
• Affinity to numbers and accuracy
• Willingness to travel
