Zusammenfassung

Coveris in Vienna, Austria, is seeking an experienced Commercial Excellence Manager (f/m/d) to drive Commercial Management across our sites and support the leadership team of our Business Unit Flexibles.

You will develop standard processes with emphasis on costing and pricing, enable proactive and reactive margin management, and promote regular exchange between operations and sales. You will provide simulations to support major decisions and tender processes.

Qualifikationen

• University degree (or similar) in business or process engineering.
• 3-5 years work experience with exposure to manufacturing / converting industries.
• Strong comprehension skills of business & industrial processes, ability to simplify and focus on key business and profitability drivers.
• Strong communication and convincing skills with excellent command of English.
• Affinity to numbers and accuracy.
• Willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Drive the development of highly effective Commercial Management across operations in close collaboration with the Business Unit management and the local Commercial Managers and Managing Directors.
• Clarify, harmonise and facilitate implementation of standard processes throughout the Business Unit with special focus on costing & pricing, cost adjustment models and pro-active and re-active margin management.
• Promote regular exchange between operations and sales to drive business development analysis.
• Support decision making for major business decisions by providing meaningful simulations and scenario analysis.
• Support major customer tender processes across operations.
• Support development and implementation of inter-company pricing policy.
