Qualifikationen

Junior Group Controller – Operations Reporting & Controlling

To strengthen our Group Controlling team, we are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Group Controller (f/m/d) who is eager to develop their career in an international manufacturing environment. In this role, you will gain deep insights into our manufacturing operations and work closely with finance and operational teams across multiple countries. Your analyses and recommendations will contribute directly to business decisions and performance improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze operational KPIs, manufacturing performance, and production costs across our international operations.
• Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and management presentations for key stakeholders.
• Transform complex data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with operational teams to understand cost drivers, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Monitor and support performance improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide recommendations for management and business leaders.

Your profile

• University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• First professional experience in Finance, Controlling, Data Analytics, or within a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and ideally first experience with reporting or consolidation tools (e.g., HFM, Datarails).
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills combined with a structured way of working.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
• Business-fluent English; German is considered an advantage.

Compensation

For this position, the collective bargaining agreement (Kollektivvertrag) for the Information & Consulting Industry applies. Depending on your qualifications, skills, and professional experience, we offer a competitive market-oriented salary package and are willing to provide a significant overpayment.
