Job summary

VusionGroup, part of a globally distributed team, seeks a DevOps/Platform engineer to design and operate cloud resources, Kubernetes clusters, and GitOps workflows. You will own CI/CD pipelines, security, and observability while collaborating across environments and technologies in a dynamic industrial IoT context.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in DevOps/Platform roles, Kubernetes production experience, and strong IaC/GitOps skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with DevOps, Platform engineering - or a developer motivated to move into DevOps.
• Kubernetes experience in production (multi-cluster, multi-environment).
• Solid Infrastructure as Code experience and Git-based change workflows.
• Experience with GitOps and CI/CD.
• Comfortable with Linux, containers and networking basics.
• Ability to debug live systems (logs, metrics, traces, cluster events).
• Knowledge of industrial IoT technology (HW, SW) is beneficial.
• CKA or CKS certification is beneficial (not required).

• Enforce security best practices (policy-as-code, secret management, least-privilege access).
• Document architecture and operational procedures.

For the advertised position, a KV minimum basic salary of 3,954.00 euros gross per month applies, with readiness for KV overpayment depending on actual qualifications (for full-time employment).
