Job summary

sepioo by PDi Digital is hiring for a DevOps/Platform Engineer to design, provision and maintain cloud resources as code. You will operate a multi-cluster Kubernetes platform, evolve GitOps workflows, and manage core platform components including networking, certificates, DNS and databases.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, container registry and image promotion gates, while ensuring security, monitoring and observability.

Qualifications

• HTL or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with DevOps, Platform engineering — or a developer motivated to move into DevOps.
• Kubernetes experience in production (multi-cluster, multi-environment).
• Solid Infrastructure as Code experience and Git-based change workflows.
• Experience with GitOps and CI/CD.
• Comfortable with Linux, containers and networking basics.
• Ability to debug live systems (logs, metrics, traces, cluster events).
• Knowledge of industrial IoT technology (HW, SW) is beneficial.
• CKA or CKS certification is beneficial (not required).
• Fluent in English (business-professional); German beneficial.

For the advertised position, a KV minimum basic salary of 3,954.00 euros gross per month applies, with readiness for KV overpayment depending on actual qualifications (for full-time employment).
