Zusammenfassung

VusionGroup is seeking a technically capable support specialist to engage with customers and partners across our growing international base. You will handle inquiries via multiple channels, coordinate complex fixes with senior teams, and assist with the installation and configuration of our IoT cloud solution.

The role requires a strong customer focus, willingness to travel, and solid knowledge of IT environments (LAN/WLAN, Linux/Windows). German C1 and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Education: HTL diploma, ongoing or completed FH or university degree.
• Experience: remote support tools an advantage; IT environments (LAN, WLAN, Linux/Windows).
• Skills: customer-oriented, proactive, willing to travel and perform.
• Languages: German C1 and English proficiency both written and spoken.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with customers and partners to identify and resolve potential issues
• Independent handling of support tickets and coordination of fixes with 3rd level support
• Responding to inquiries via phone, Email, and ticketing tool
• Support with the installation and configuration of the VusionGroupsolution
• Troubleshooting system, network, and software issues
• Targeted follow-up and analysis of inquiries
• Process documentation and preparation of relevant reports

Qualifications

Education:

• HTL diploma, ongoing or completed university of applied sciences (FH) or university degree

Experience:

• Experience using remote support tools is an advantage
• Desired knowledge of IT environments (LAN, WLAN, and cloud environments, Linux & Windows)
• Professional experience is an advantage

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong implementation skills, assertiveness, and initiative
• Willingness to travel and perform
• Customer-oriented working style
• Friendly and strong team player
• German Level C1and good English skills, both written and spoken

For the advertised position, the minimum collective agreement base salary is € 3,267.00 gross per month, with a willingness to overpay depending on actual qualifications (for full-time employment).
