The Lisi Family Hotel in Reith, Tyrol, invites you to join our kitchen team as a chef. We are looking for a passionate cook who brings creativity and a love of high-quality food to our alpine restaurant and hotel operations.

Grounded in Austrian and international cuisine, you will prepare and cook dishes, assist with menu planning, and help ensure smooth kitchen operations according to HACCP standards. A completed chef apprenticeship and German language skills are required; English is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Preparation and cooking of all dishes for our restaurant area
• Ordering in consultation with our head chef
• Sharing responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen
• High-quality preparation and presentation of food in compliance with our service standards
• Supporting the kitchen brigade in all tasks that arise
• Cleaning the work equipment
• Compliance with all hygiene regulations (HACCP)
