In this high-visibility role you will collaborate with VPs, Directors, and senior leaders to keep commitments on track, challenge assumptions, and sharpen decisions for the company’s strategic initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• High-level executive collaboration experience.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for board-level material.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured judgment under pressure.
• Fluency in English and German to operate in an international automotive context.

• Own the CEO's agenda from start to finish, including strategy at board level and critical operational decisions.
• Provide reliable follow-up on commitments across the leadership team and with the CEO, ensuring accountability.
• Challenge and sharpen decisions, acting as a sparring partner with an independent, analytical perspective.
