Hilti Austria Ges.m.b.H is seeking a finance leader to join the Executive Management Team as CFO. The role shapes strategic decisions, steers forecasting and investment prioritization, and drives value creation across a broad finance spectrum.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with senior stakeholders, and push digital and cross-market initiatives to sustain growth and global career development.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in finance leadership within an international environment.
• Proven track record in financial planning, performance management, and strategic business partnering.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to challenge the status quo.
• Fluent English and German communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the company's financial steering and performance management processes, including forecasting and value creation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing organization with accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Risk Management, Compliance, Procurement, and supporting functions.
• Drive operational excellence via digitalization, automation and cross-functional transformation.
• Act as the main point of contact for auditors, banks, tax advisors, and legal partners.
• Ensure governance, risk management and regulatory compliance while enabling growth.
• Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives to improve performance.
• Develop finance talent and strengthen succession through coaching and mentoring.
