The role focuses on developing business cases, market analyses, and go-to-market strategies for complex technical products, with emphasis on translating capabilities into commercial opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience at a leading strategy or management consultancy (Tier 1 or 2)
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with business cases, quantitative analyses, and executive-level presentations
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• EU citizen with valid authorization to work in the country where the position is based

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted sparring partner to the Executive Management Team
• Lead strategic and cross-functional projects
• Develop business cases, market analyses, scenarios, and management presentations
• Support growth initiatives, market expansion, and key account development
• Translate technical capabilities into commercial opportunities
• Develop go-to-market strategies for complex technical products
• Track implementation, priorities, risks, and results
