Wolt in Austria is hiring an Associate Operations Manager for Supply Activation & Acquisition to scale courier supply across Central markets. You will own intraday activation strategy, budget management and cross-functional collaboration to align supply with demand hour by hour.

You’ll lead a small team, own a multi-million euro budget and report on key KPIs such as UH% and GOV loss, partnering with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to build scalable tools and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record managing complex, data-driven operations across multiple markets.
• Experience leading and developing a small team (3 direct reports).
• Strong budget ownership and ability to defend a multi-million euro spend across activation and acquisition levers.

Aufgaben

• Own Central’s intraday activation strategy - activation surges, special events management and day-to-day operations (radius / busyness adjustments, communication flows).
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 and own a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget across Central markets.
• Own Central’s courier acquisition function: job boards, application attainment, reactivation campaigns and sign-ups.
• Own and report on Central’s UH% and GOV loss KPIs weekly, surfacing risks and driving corrective action with senior leadership.
• Plan and execute mobilizer strategies and special events coverage ahead of demand spikes.
• Partner with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to build tools and processes that scale activation and acquisition across markets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for top management on Central’s supply health.
