Apple is seeking an experienced RF/Analog Layout Engineer to contribute to cellular RF transceiver designs. You will floor-plan in collaboration with RF IC design and system teams, layout RF/analog/digital blocks down to transistor level, and drive top-level layout verification and integration.

The role requires 3+ years in RF layout, strong CALIBRE/Cadence experience, and fluency in English. Collaboration with packaging teams and international colleagues is essential for project success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficient in interpreting CALIBRE DRC, LVS, ANTENNA-DRC, etc.
• Knowledge of CADENCE layout tools.
• English language fluency is required for this position.

Aufgaben

• Floor-planning in collaboration with RF IC design and the RF system team.
• Layout RF, analog, and digital blocks for RF ICs down to the transistor level.
• Block-level and top-level layout through full verification flow.
• Top-level layout integration, verification, and schedule management.
• Work with packaging experts to simulate RF de-sense and coupling mechanisms.
• Layout reviews for routing, signal path, IQ matching, and coupling.
