Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in radio receiver design and optimization.
• Ability to influence and drive innovation across teams.
• System engineering of complex cellular RF systems with modern receiver architectures.
• Understanding of RF line-up analysis, modeling in time and frequency domains.
• Knowledge of RF performance metrics and their impact on overall system performance.
• Familiarity with 3GPP RF requirements and physical layer procedures.
• Proficiency in MATLAB or Python for RF modeling and simulations.
• Experience with AI for coding, model generation, and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with lab bring-up, calibration, and debugging RF hardware.

Responsibilities

• Architect, analyze, and optimize receiver line-ups from antenna to baseband.
• Perform detailed RF line-up analysis, identify impairments and crosstalk risks.
• Lead a receiver line-up team and educate junior engineers.
• Define requirements for interference suppression and drive validation.
• Collaborate with other teams to drive concept-to-product journey and mass production.
