Corpay One, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Associate in Vienna, Austria, to support the regional development of high-value corporate clients across Austria.

You will report to the Managing Director and collaborate with analysts and strategists across the EMEA region to drive sales activity. Responsibilities include researching potential clients, driving the sales pipeline via multi-channel outreach, and presenting Corpay Alpha's solutions to C-level executives.

In this role, you will support the regional business development of high-value corporate clients across Austria. You will report directly to the Managing Director and regularly collaborate with analysts and strategists across the EMEA region to support the Sales activity. **How We Work**As a Business Development Associate, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:* Assigned workspace in Vienna office.* Company-issued equipment* Formal, hands-on training with local management and teammates **Role Responsibilities**The responsibilities of the role will include: * Researching and qualifying potential clients to build a database of leads.* Driving initial sales pipeline through highly targeted, multi-channel B2B outreach. You will leverage professional networks, social selling, and bespoke communication to engage and consult with C-level executives across a diverse range of sectors.* Learning your clients’ businesses and working to explore and uncover key problems and challenges, whilst educating them on how Alpha’s solutions can solve them.* Working closely with dealers and account managers to build and present valuable risk management and payment solutions to clients - in time learning how to develop these solutions yourself.* Identifying viable clients and sharing these across the team. **Qualifications & Skills*** Fluent German and English speaker, with any other European language being a good addition.* Strong sense of urgency and action-oriented mindset.* Highly coachable; quickly applies feedback.* Ambitious with a clear growth mindset.* Confident yet humble in approach.* High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal awareness. **Benefits & Perks*** Company-wide incentive trips.* 25 days holiday, including bank holidays.* Sick pay. **Pay Transparency**The salary range for this position is €42,500 – €63,7000 gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications.
