Job summary

Corpay in Vienna is seeking a Business Development Associate to support regional growth of high-value corporate clients across Austria. You will report to the Managing Director, qualify leads, drive multi-channel outreach to C-level executives, and collaborate with analysts and strategists across the EMEA region to support the Sales activity.

Role includes training with local management, assigned workspace in Vienna, and company equipment.

What you’ll be doing

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Business Development Associate within our Alpha (a Corpay company) Cross-border division and is located in Vienna, Austria. In this role, you will support the regional business development of high-value corporate clients across Austria. You will report directly to the Managing Director and regularly collaborate with analysts and strategists across the EMEA region to support the Sales activity.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Researching and qualifying potential clients to build a database of leads.
• Driving initial sales pipeline through highly targeted, multi-channel B2B outreach. You will leverage professional networks, social selling, and bespoke communication to engage and consult with C-level executives across a diverse range of sectors.
• Learning your clients’ businesses and working to explore and uncover key problems and challenges, whilst educating them on how Alpha’s solutions can solve them.
• Working closely with dealers and account managers to build and present valuable risk management and payment solutions to clients - in time learning how to develop these solutions yourself.
• Identifying viable clients and sharing these across the team.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is €42,500 – €63,7000 gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process.
