Zusammenfassung

Fabasoft is seeking a content-focused professional to support the Corporate Brand Management team. You will plan, create, and publish content for intranet, newsletters, blogs, and social channels, while maintaining central corporate content and ensuring language quality across all materials.

You'll advise departments on storytelling, update language guidelines, and coordinate editorial processes with Marketing and other stakeholders, including sponsorship inquiries.

Qualifikationen

• Completed education in communications, journalism, marketing, or a comparable field, plus several years of professional content management experience.
• Proven experience in corporate communications or editorial roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and very good English.

Aufgaben

• Plan, create, and publish content for intranet, newsletters, blogs, landing pages, and social channels.
• Maintain and update central corporate content, including landing pages, intranet, guidelines, contracts.
• Edit and ensure language quality across marketing and business unit content per Fabasoft Brand Voice.
• Provide editorial guidance to departments and optimize content structure and storytelling.
• Maintain language guidelines and editorial standards and coordinate processes with Marketing and stakeholders.
• Manage PR inbox and coordinate sponsorship inquiries.
