Key requirements include a degree in a relevant field, affinity for BPM and ADONIS experience, lean and project management know-how, and strong German/English communication.

Qualifikationen

• A degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. in business, engineering, IT or process management).
• Affinity for business process management and experience in process modelling.
• Experience with or strong interest in BPM tools, ideally ADONIS.
• Practical knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement, plus project management experience.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and to design and deliver workshops, trainings and coaching.
• Structured, independent, reflective approach with team communication in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Map and develop processes to deliver clear, sustainable benefits.
• Work with process owners and teams as an enabler and sparring partner for BPM.
• Ensure processes are clear, effective and cross-department compatible.
• Apply modelling standards and participate in process model audits.
• Establish and maintain a cross-departmental process landscape.
• Work with BPM tools (ADONIS) and apply them sensibly.
• Support global BPM rollout with alignment and cross-site exchange.
• Apply lean thinking to end-to-end value optimization.
