Job summary

OSI International Holding GmbH is seeking a Sales Manager (m/f/d) preferably based in Salzburg, Austria, to lead beef product sales across Europe. You will implement the sales strategy, negotiate contracts, and build long-term customer relationships in France, Italy and Greece.

The role requires a university degree or related qualification, strong sales experience, and willingness to travel. Proficiency in Italian and English is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on the food industry.
• Professional sales experience in a comparable position.
• Knowledge of the beef market; experience in slaughtering, deboning or meat sales is an advantage.
• Experience with pricing and product cost calculations.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on customer orientation and profitability.
• Good understanding of Foodservice and industrial sales channels.
• Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license (class B).
• Fluent Italian and English; French/Spanish/Portuguese are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell our beef products across France, Italy and Greece and manage key accounts.
• Implement sales strategy and conduct contract negotiations to build relationships.
• Plan and perform structured customer visits in the assigned region.
• Develop existing business and sustainably increase sales volumes.
• Grow Foodservice and industrial customer business.
• Support acquisition and development of new key accounts in target markets.
• Handle receivables management and customer complaints.
• Coordinate customer margins with production sites and management.
• Maintain customer master data and prepare KPI reports.
