Job summary

Matritel Kft is seeking an experienced IT Project/Delivery Manager to support end-to-end delivery of small to mid-size IT projects in an international banking context. The role focuses on regulatory compliance data and digital transformation initiatives within Group Risk Solutions, with a 4-month horizon and a hybrid setup requiring one onsite day per week in Vienna.

The ideal candidate will manage projects across both predictive and agile environments, coordinate stakeholders, and lead delivery

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of end-to-end IT project management experience.
• Experience in both predictive/Waterfall and agile delivery environments.
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders, senior leaders and parallel priorities.
• Experience with project planning, budget, risk, issue, change and dependency management.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• University degree in Economics, Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage small and medium-sized IT projects and agile delivery initiatives end-to-end.
• Support the definition of project scope, objectives, priorities and timelines.
• Identify key stakeholders and clarify roles and responsibilities.
• Work closely with Business and Product Owners.
• Manage senior management, business and IT stakeholders.
• Establish project planning and controlling, with a focus on critical-path management.
• Plan resources and work packages.
• Manage project risks, issues, changes and dependencies.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality.
• Coordinate internal and external IT solution providers.
• Support agile teams and managers as a servant leader and trusted advisor.
