MATIKA is seeking a Project Manager to drive digitization initiatives for SMEs in retail, hospitality, and manufacturing. You’ll structure, guide, and implement change, coordinating with internal developers and external partners to deliver workable systems.

You’ll clarify requirements, manage implementations, proactively address risks, and ensure rollout adoption in daily life while juggling multiple projects with a clear strategic view. Remote-first with Vienna in-person options.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in managing IT or digitization projects.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical people.
• Structured thinking and clear communication — even when things get hectic.
• Basic understanding of AI systems and automation (no code, but concepts).
• Personal responsibility: You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do.
