Talentir GmbH, based in Vienna, is seeking an outbound sales professional to own the top of the funnel. You will reach out to CFOs and finance leaders, schedule meetings, and build a scalable prospecting process using AI-enabled research.

You will maintain a defined target list, hand off warm opportunities to AEs, and contribute to the outbound playbook. The role offers uncapped commissions and a clear path to AE as you close deals.

Qualifikationen

• B2B outbound sales experience with measurable meetings or pipeline.
• Willingness to cold-call strangers including CFOs.
• Can sustain 50–80 touches per day across channels.
• Competitive, coachable, and growth minded.

Aufgaben

• Make 50-80 daily reach outs by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Book meetings with real buyers (CFO/Head of Finance).
• Own and clean a target account list using AI research.
• Hand over qualified opportunities to AE and learn full sales cycle.
• Help shape the outbound playbook as first dedicated top‑of‑funnel hire.
