Zusammenfassung

Talentir is building a high-velocity outbound sales function in Vienna, seeking a motivated specialist to drive top-of-funnel activity. You will contact CFOs, COOs, and finance leaders across platforms, scheduling meetings and shaping the early pipeline.

You will work with AI research, a modern dialer, and a lean team of founders and senior AEs. This is ideal for ambitious candidates with 0–3 years in sales, a competitive mindset, and German language as a bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Proven B2B outbound sales experience with meetings or pipeline from scratch.
• Comfort with making 50–80 touches per day and cold calls.
• Ability to build and prioritize target lists using research.
• Strong self-motivation and coachability; eager to learn from senior AEs.
• German language is a plus for the initial DACH market.

Aufgaben

• Make 50–80 outbound touches daily via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Book meetings with CFOs/COOs and hand off to AE after discovery.
• Own and refine your target list with AI-assisted research.
• Contribute to the top-of-funnel playbook for outbound success.
• Collaborate with founders and senior AEs for coaching and growth.
